3. A small percentage of commission will be deducted from each sale made via the Nooriyaah platform.

4. Shipping and Delivery

1. Once an order is placed, vendors must dispatch the product promptly for pickup.
2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability

5. Refund & Return Policy

1. Customers can raise a return or refund request if they are not satisfied with the product.
2. The request will be reviewed by the Nooriyaah team and may be approved or rejected as per our policy.
3. Once approved, Nooriyaah Courier will pick up the product from the customer and deliver it back to the vendor.
4. Pickup charges for refund returns will be borne by the vendor.
5. Refund will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned item.

6. Prohibited Activities

2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
