We at Nooriyaah strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can initiate a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete.
- The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or altered.
- The item is not in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The product was marked non-returnable in the description.
2. Return Process
Request Initiation
- Log in to your Nooriyaah account and go to “My Orders”.
- Select the item and click “Request Return”.
- Provide a valid reason and images (if applicable).
Approval Process
- The return request is reviewed by Nooriyaah Admin and the Vendor.
- Both parties may approve or reject based on the product condition and return reason.
Pickup
- Once approved, Nooriyaah Courier will arrange pickup from the customer’s location.
- The product must be handed over in original packaging.
3. Return Charges
- Pickup charges for returns are borne by the vendor.
- Customers do not pay any return shipping fee.
4. Refund After Return
- After the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor:
- If approved, a refund is processed as per our [Refund Policy].
- If rejected (due to tampering, usage, or damage), the product will be returned to the customer without refund.
5. Important Notes
- Always record an unboxing video for faster return approvals in case of damage.
- Items must be returned securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.
- Frequent or fraudulent return attempts may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
