✅ Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if:
- The order is not yet packed or shipped by the vendor.
- Cancellation is requested within [12 or 24 hours] of placing the order.
Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).
❌ Non-Cancellable Items
- Products marked as “non-cancellable” on the product page.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
🔁 Refund After Cancellation
- If payment was made online, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No cancellation charges apply for eligible cancellations.
🚫 Order Cancellation by Nooriyaah/Vendor
An order may be canceled due to:
- Product being out of stock
- Technical issues with pricing or listings
- Failure to meet quality standards
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be initiated.
