At Nooriyaah, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is not as described
- The customer raises a refund/return request within [X] days of delivery (typically 3–7 days)
Refunds will not be processed for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products used, washed, or altered by the customer
- Items marked as non-refundable in the product description
2. Refund Process
Request Initiation:
- Raise a refund request via the Nooriyaah platform or contact customer support.
Approval:
- The request will be reviewed by the Nooriyaah team and/or vendor
- Both the admin and vendor may approve or reject the request.
Pickup & Return:
- Once approved, Nooriyaah Courier will collect the product from the customer and return it to the vendor.
- The product must be in original condition with tags/packaging.
Refund Processing:
- After the returned item is received and verified, the refund is processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Refund Charges
- Pickup charges for returns will be borne by the vendor.
- The refund amount is split
- Commission is deducted from Nooriyaah's wallet
- The remaining refund is deducted from the vendor’s wallet
4. Timeline
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the product is picked up and inspected.
